When You're Always Eligible for a Refund

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

• The contract file is broken, blank, or cannot be downloaded
• A technical error occurred during generation
• The document is missing essential content (e.g., no signature section)

To request a refund for a technical issue, please email us at support@aiforlegaldocs.com. Include your order email, a screenshot of the issue, and the generated file if possible.

If this is your first document, we'll give you a complete refund. For returning users (if this is, say, your tenth document), we'll refund the credits used because of the error.

Refunds for Bundles and Subscriptions

If you've purchased a bundle or subscription and haven't used most of it, you're likely eligible for a refund.

To check your eligibility and request a refund, please use our self-serve billing portal. It will automatically determine whether your order qualifies based on your usage.

Refund Eligibility Details

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required. Just open your billing portal and manage your plan directly through Stripe.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refund Processing Time

We process most refunds within 1 business day. However, depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
